If you inquire about inquiry about machine product or process equipments of whole factory, after technical inquiry is received, technical sales team will fill out quotation and layout and reply, and then contract will proceed.
If the machine is in stock, it will take up to seven days from business day, and if it is new, it will take from 30 to 60 days from business day.

In the case of telephone reception, you can send the machine by cargo or courier service, and it will be delivered to you by courier or freight service again.
To order mechanical consumables, please contact us by phone, we will send you a quote after confirming the stock.
After completing the payment, we will send the consumables to you.
We will process it quickly to minimize your inconvenience.
※ A / S for the products within one year of purchase is free.
However, replacements of consumables such as blades, belts, and bearings will be paid for.
A / S may not be possible if the machine is modified or modified arbitrarily.
